Baclofen ist der Wirkstoff, Lioresal® ist der Handelsname, unter dem das Medikament einst auf den Markt kam. Nach Ablauf des Patentschutzes durften auch andere Firmen das Präparat als Generikum herstellen, dann allerdings nicht unter dem geschützen Namen Lioresal®, sondern unter dem Namen des eigentlichen Wirkstoffes Baclofen.

Ein sehr bekanntes Beispiel ist Aspirin®, das es inzwischen - weil der Patentschutz ebenfalls schon lange abgelaufen ist - in zig Varianten als ASS von ratiopharm, Stada, Hexal, AL etc. gibt.

Generika unterscheiden sich manchmal geringfügig vom "Original" (in erster Linie was die anbelangt), Du kannst aber selbstverständlich die Dosierungstabellen 1:1 für Baclofen anwenden.

ich habe dank dieses tollen Forums von meinem Arzt Baclofen verschrieben bekommen good . Demnächst möchte ich damit starten. Jetzt mal eine blöde Frage von einem medizinischen Laien...ich habe die Dosierungstabellen, die hier dankenswerterweise zur Verfügung stehen, gelesen und möchte mich auch daran halten. Nur steht dort als Medikament "Lioresal"- ich nehme an das hat den Wirkstoff Baclofen. Ich habe aber Baclofen, the original sozusagen, nicht Lioresal. Gibt es da einen Unterschied? Kann ich die Dosierungstabellen für Lioresal 1:1 anwenden?

Habt ihr Erfahrungen mit den unterschiedlichen Präperaten oder ist das wirklich genau das gleiche?
