und Danke für den Link. Für Baclofen gilt das dort geschriebene allerdings nicht, da das Medikament noch keine Zulassung für eine Anwendung in der Suchtmedizin hat, somit ist jegliche Erstattung durch die Krankenkassen erst mal nicht möglich.

Der Beschluss des zielt ziemlich punktegenau auf das Medikament ab. Drei Monate, in Ausnahmefällen sechs Monate, soll es von den Krankenkassen erstattet werden. Doch was kommt danach? Verschrieben dürfte es selbstverständlich weiter werden, aber die Patienten müssten es dann halt selbst bezahlen, und das wird ziemlich teuer. Jemand hat das für einen „durchschnittlichen Patienten“, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, mal mit rund 200 Euro pro Monat beziffert.
