Hatte noch genug zeit um nachzudenken und habe dieser ganzen Geschichte was positives abgewonnen
Sonst um diese zeit war ich gerade dran meine zweite Flasche Amarone zu enthaupten und es ging mir Super
Aber dann besch.... Geschlafen morgens ging es mir dann so wie jetzt abends aber ich wuste wenn ich einschlafe
Dann Schlafe ich wie ein Baby und der dicke Kopf bleibt mir auch erspart

Also es kommt immer darauf an von wo man die ganze Sache sieht

Was Du beschreibst ist – äh - normal. Das vergeht wieder. Und na ja, am dritten Tag schon 30 mg ist eben eher zu viel. Empfohlen wird mit 3 x 5 = 15 mg zu beginnen. Sei auch vorsichtig mit der weiteren Erhöhung. Am besten nur um 10 mg pro Woche erhöhen. Das dauert zwar länger, um auf „Deine“ Dosis zu kommen, dafür bleibst Du so am ehesten nebenwirkungsfrei. Schau Dir mal an und mach es genau so NICHT! Baclofen soll keine Notfall-Therapie sondern ein langfristig angelegtes Projekt sein. Da darf man sich ruhig Zeit lassen.

nimm Bac mal zusammen/ nach dem Verzehr von Milchprodukten (Joghurt, Quark etc), das soll gegen die Übelkeit helfen. Und teile die 10mg nochmal, zumindest über Tag. Bac greift in den Gehirnstoffwechsel ein, jeder reagiert anders, die Anpassungszeit kann länger dauern (es kann sein, dass bei Dir lange vor "Durchschnittsdosierungen" um 75 mg Schluss ist, und du trotzdem cravingfrei bist.)
Erhöhen würde ich erst weiter, wenn die NW weg sind. Und bitte auch Vorsicht bzgl. Autofahren/ Maschinenführen. Einige habe in der Anfangszeit erst nachmittags mit Baceinnahme begonnen, wenn sie nicht mehr motorisiert unterwegs waren.
