ich bekomme einfach nicht den kopf frei.ich habe nicht einmal einen hausarzt an den ich mich wenden könnte !

Herzlich willkommen im Forum. Wie können wir Dir denn konkret helfen? Trinkst Du momentan noch? Bist Du in ärztlicher/therapeutischer Behandlung? Hast Du eventuell sogar einen Arzt, der Dir Baclofen verschreiben würde? Du schreibst, Du hast schon viel über Baclofen gelesen. Auch das Buch von Olivier Ameisen? Oder schon mal einen Blick reingeworfen?

Wir unterstützen Dich gerne. Ist aber ein bisschen schwierig, ohne konkretere Anhaltspunkte [smile] .

es gibt nichts besseres als Baclofen, um aus diesem Kreislauf auszubrechen.
Nach dreißig Jahren Alkohol und zwei jahren Baclofen, weiß ich, wovon ich rede.
Give it a try.
Wenn Du willst, kannst Du das alte Drama damit beenden. Mit Durchhaltevermögen und nochmal alles angucken.
