Neu hier...und gleich ne wichtige Frage....]]> Sorry, dass ich mich nicht eher gemeldet habe, aber ich bin nach wie vor in der Tagesklinik (immer noch clean & trocken), die mir sehr gut tut, aber eben auch sehr zeitintensiv ist.....dann muss ich auch noch das Trümmerfeld meines alten Lebens richten, also bleibt momentan einfach wenig Zeit für I-Net.......

Werde gerne noch ausführlicher schreiben, sobald ich bißchen Zeit finde, nur kurz soviel: Wollte weder auf Baclofen noch auf die Tagesklinik/Therapie verzichten--Habe das Problem gelöst, nach dem Motto "Was der Chefarzt nicht weiß, macht ihn nicht heiß", d.h. ich hab Bac weitergenommen :twisted: , ohne das an die große Glocke zu hängen oder mich auf Grundsatzdiskussionen einzulassen...... oder wie Captain Kirk zu Mr. Spock sagte: "Im Übrigen ist es NICHT notwendig IMMER die Wahrheit zu sagen!" [whistle] :wink:

Ich finde es zwar nicht toll----so wie du es auch beschreibst @Trebor [hi_bye] ---unehrlich in diesem Punkt zu sein, habe aber auch kein schlechtes Gewissen.......erlaubt ist, was hilft!!!!!!

Mittlerweile nehme ich Bac auch nicht mehr täglich, sondern nur bei Bedarf!

Neu hier...und gleich ne wichtige Frage....]]> zuerstmal schön das du dich nicht aufgegeben hast! Du hast es richtig erkannt, bac ist keine Wunderpille! Ich kann nur aus eigener Erfahrung sagen das ich mit einer ambulanten oder teilstationären Therapie nicht ausgekommen wäre! Wenn ich deine jetzige Lebenssituation höre, wie du sie beschrieben hast, kann dir nichts besseres passieren als eine vollstationäre Therapie. Ich glaube inzwischen das es jedem Menschen sehr gut tun würde eine Zeit zu haben in der man sein Leben überdenken kann und sich darüber klar werden kann was man mit seinem Leben noch machen möchte. Allein dazu wäre eine Vollstationäre sinnvoll, eine Zeit in der man sich um nichts kümmern muß als um sich selbst.
Das dazu, ich war auch lange abstinent und habe mich dann wieder total an den Abgrund gebracht, ich habe dann auch zu bac gegriffen weil ich einfach riesen Angst hatte sonnst in den Abgrund zu stürzen,es hat geholfen aber ich mußte etwas verändern und genau das kann bac. nicht!
Ich bin dann mit bac. in die Therapie und habe es heimlich weiter genommen. Das war unehrlich und ich fand es auch scheiße darüber nicht reden zu können! Wie ich heute weiß war das Thema Ehrlichkeit für mich ein Großes! Ich habe dann im Verlauf der Therapie immer mehr Selbstwert und Sicherheit gewonnen, so dass ich bac. reduzieren konnte und schließlich ganz abgesetzt habe. Das ist jetzt mehr als zwei Jahre her und ich bin immer noch dankbar dafür das mein Hausarzt mir mit bac. helfen konnte. Ich habe es auch heute noch im Haus, falls etwas kommen sollte womit ich nicht klar komme oder der Druck plötzlich auftauchen sollte! Ich muß halt gut für mich sorgen, dann werde ich es wahrscheinlich nicht brauchen. Sicher ist sicher!
