erstmal Glückwunsch, das klingt wirklich gut. doppd

Gegen Schalfstörungen (wurden bei mir durch Baclofen verstärkt) empfahl mir mein Doc Quetiapin "unterdosiert".
Dabei wird eine anfängliche Nebenwirkung ausgenutzt die (solange unterdosiert angewendet) dauerhaft erhalten bleibt.
Sprich deinen Doc ruhig mal drauf an.
Klappt nicht bei jedem (viele haben mit einem hangover am Tag Probleme), aber es ist eine Chance.
"Versuch macht klug".

Und das habe ich NA und Baclofen zu verdanken, und natürlich euch und eueren extrem hilfreichen Beiträgen. Die ersten 6 Monate ungefähr war ich auf 125mg (25mg alle 5h), dann auf 100mg (25mg alle 6h), seit einer Woche nehme ich alle 4h eine halbe Tablette, d.h. ich komme aktuell auf eine Tagesdosis von 75mg. Die niedrigere Dosis schlägt gut an, ich plane längerfristig auch noch mehr zu reduzieren, die kürzeren Abstände empfinde ich als angenehmer. Ich bin weniger müde, bloß länger als jeweils 1.5h ohne wieder aufzuwachen, kann ich immer noch nicht.
