Ich lebe seit 10 Jahren in einer festen Beziehung die leider schon nach 2 Jahren
durch eine Depression mit Angstzuständen von mir alles überschattet hat.
Eine lange Odysee bei vielen Ärzten und ein gutes Dutzend AD ergaben keine
Besserung und ein Klinikaufenthalt in einer psychischen Einrichtung waren auch leider
ein Flop.
Ich kämpfe halt jetzt seit 8 Jahren mit meinen Problemen wo auch noch ein Alkoholproblem
und auch ein Benzodiazepinabhängigkeit dazugekommen sind.
darum habe ich auch schon in die Runde gefragt wer sich mit Doppelabhänigkeit von Benzos
und Alkohol auskennt:
Ich wäre für jede Art von Informationen natürlich sehr dankbar.

Deine Dosis ist für den Anfang viel zu hoch! Da kann es dir nur schlecht gehen!
Ich habe mit 5-5-5 mg angefangen! Ganz langsam aufdosieren... Da musst du wirklich Geduld haben! ☺️

Ich war übrigens 14 Jahre abhängig von Benzodiazepinen. Ohne Hilfe in einer Klinik wäre ich gestorben.

Ich fühle mich schon gleich besser weil Du mir meinen Verdacht ja
indirekt bestättigt hast.
Weil ich mich eben nicht so gut bei der Therapeuthin wo ich war
aufgehoben gefüllt habe wollte ich eben durch meine private PN
von Dir wissen wer den der Therapeuth der mit Baclofen in meinem
97er PLZ Gebiet arbeitet und mich dann auch mit dem oder Ihr in
Verbindung setzen möchte.
