Ich weiß nicht genau, wo jetzt bei Dir das größere Problem vorliegt: Bei der Benzodiazepinabhängig? Beim Alkoholkonsum?

Egal: Danke für für Deine mit Angabe Deines Wohnortes. Eine Mail mit Arztvorschlag ging soeben raus, und zwar an Deine Mail-Adresse bei <gmail.com>, mit der Du dich hier im Forum registriert hattest. Der Arzt, den ich Dir vorgeschlagen habe, ist einer, der sich mit Baclofen und beiden Suchtstoffen (siehe oben) sehr gut auskennt.

ich möchte hier mein Problem schildern.
Ich bin männlich und Mitte 30. Seit ca. neun Jahren bin ich Benzodiazepinabhängig. Ich nehme ca. vier Tabletten am Tag um die Entzugserscheinungen zu unterdrücken.
Die Tabletten wirken schon lange nicht mehr.. Ich habe die Tabletten vom Arzt verschrieben bekommen, da ich bei der Pflege meiner Mutter überfordert war. Als ich dann von den Beruhigungsmitteln abhängig wurde, hat mich der Hausarzt zum einem Psychiater geschickt, der mir verschiedene Antidepressiva verschrieb um von den Beruhigungsmitteln loszukommen.
Damals, vor ca. sieben Jahren, wollte ich von den Beruhigungsmitteln gar nicht loskommen, weil ich damit ein entspanntes und aktives Leben gelebt habe. Seit einigen Jahren möchte ich unbedingt davon loskommen, da die Tabletten zunehmends mein Leben bestimmen, meine Hobbies und Interessen einengen und mir das Gefühl geben ein Junkie zu sein. (Ich sehe nicht so aus und besorge mir die Medikamente nicht vom Schwarzmarkt.)
Seit einiger Zeit trinke am Abend täglich Alkohol. Seit ca. zwei Jahren (mit kurzen Unterbrechungen.) Früher habe ich nur sporadisch getrunken. Da die Wirkung der Beruhigungsmitteln mit der Zeit nachlässt, greifen viele Benzodiazepinabhängige zu Alkohol um die Wirkung der Tabletten zu verstärken. Ich bin jetzt bei zwei Flaschen Wein pro Abend angekommen. Dadurch habe ich noch weniger Energie und ich merke wie meine Gesundheit darunter leidet.
Bisher habe ich drei erfolglose stationäre Entgiftungen sowie eine Langzeittherapie hinter mir.
Ich möchte mein altes selbstbestimmtes Leben wieder zurück und raus aus diesem Teufelskreis kommen.
Deshalb möchte ich es mit Baclofen probieren.
Vielleicht kannst du mir lieber DonQuixote Ärzte empfehlen.
