das dir eine Ärztin in einer Suchtambulanz wirksamere Medikamente gegen Craving empfiehlt als Baclofen und diese nicht benennen kann sollte einem zum denken geben.
Es gibt nämlich nur drei zugelassene Medikamente gegen Alkohol Craving.

Das eine Medikament Nalmefen °Selincro hat so starke Nebenwirkungen das nach der Einnahme an einen Alkoholkonsum nicht mal zu denken ist.
Ähnlich wie Nalmefen wirkt noch das Medikament Naltrexon mit genau den selben starken Nebenwirkungen.

Hier im Forum haben einige Mitglieder Nalmefen probiert und über so starke Nebenwirkungen berichtet so das die Therapie mit Nalmefen eigentlich sofort abgebrochen wurde.
Es gibt noch Acamprosat °Campral welches aber weitestgehend wirkungslos ist.
Das kann ich aus eigener Erfahrung bestätigen.

Auf meine Frage in der Suchtambulanz bzgl. Baclofen kam die Antwort das es durchaus wirksamere Medikamente gegen das Graving gibt. Welche das sein könnten konnte mir die Ärztin auf die schnelle auch nicht sagen. Ich bin dort auch nicht mit der Tür ins Haus geplatzt sondern habe ehrlich meine Entwicklung der Sucht geschildert. Das war
eingentlich garnicht erwünscht. Wie bereits gesagt,...ich hatte das Gefühl erstmal ein Bett belegen zu müssen.

Ich gehe davon aus das er das hier mitbekommt. Und wenn nicht besteht ja immer noch die Möglichkeit das mir einer der anderen User ein Tip gibt. Mir ist das schon schwer gefallen mich meiner Hausärztin anzuvertrauen. Wenn ich meine Geschichte jetzt immerwieder neu erzählen darf und mir dabei wie ein Bittsteller vorkomme macht das keinen Spaß.
Trotz meiner Suchtgeschichte bin ich sportlich recht aktive und es kommt immer weider vor das ich mal verletzte. Als Privatpatient die stärksten Schmerzmittel und Relaxante zu bekommen ist überhaupt kein Problem. Beruflich bin teilweise auf Langsteckenflügen unterwegs. Ich habe ein bisschen Flugangst und kann im Fliger nicht schlafen. Aussuchen konnte ich mir fürs fliegen Tavor, Zoplicon und Zolepidem und bei Bedarf auch anders.
Aber Baclofen zu bekommen scheint schweiriger zu sein. Ist für mich völlig unverständlich.
