Er hat berichtet, dass er es schon vorher spüren kann, dass sich Anzeichen für einen Abschuss zeigen. Er ist dann nicht mehr so ausgeglichen und spürt Druck und den Wunsch alle Verantwortung abzugeben.
Vielleicht kannst Du auch Veränderungen erkennen, bevor Du dann tatsächlich unachtsam bist und tatsächlich trinkst?
Mach weiter auf Deinem Weg und beobachte Dich genau. Das war nur ein Zeichen für Dich, weiter geht es.
Verliere Dein Ziel nicht aus den Augen und schreibe bitte weiter.

Super, dass Dir Baclofen so gut hilft doppd !

Nur eine kurze Frage: Du hattest bereits berichtet, dass es Dir gut geht und alles super läuft. Da warst Du bei 100 mg/Tag. Heute nun wieder eine positive Rückmeldung. Bei 120 mg/Tag.

Warum dosierst Du im Augenblick weiter auf?

Vielen herzl. Dank.
Die Texte von Papfl und sonstiges im Forum habe ich inzwischen gelesen, und meine Motivation ist gross.
Dieses Wochenende gab's kein Alkoholverlangen, 1mal hab ich ne Halbe alkoholfreies Bier getrunken und weil ich seit eine Weile nicht mehr getrunken hab, war ich ganz leicht beduselt... Gefährlich wurde's aber nicht. Aber ich muss damit aufpassen. Sonst geht's mir gut, bei 120mg alles paletti.
