Ich nehme zur Zeit 3 x 20 g Bac, also eine Tagesdosis von 60 g Bac. Mir geht es sehr gut, ich habe einen inneren Frieden und bin zuversichtlich, obwohl natürlich immer auch Ängste auftauchen in dem Sinne: Traue dem Frieden nicht; es kann doch nicht sein, dass es doch noch ein Leben für uns gibt, welches kein Kampf mit dem Teufel Alkohol bedeutet. Ich habe, als ich in der Praxis von meiner Bac-Ärztin meine erste Bac genommen habe, 5 Tage keinen Alkohol getrunken, weil ich zur Entgiftung in einer Klinik war. Am 2ten Bac-Tag hatte ich so heftiges Craving wie nie in meinem Leben. Ich habe diesen Tag unter "Alltagstipps mit Bac" beschrieben. Nur weil meine Ärtzin mich von der Ferne begleitet hat, bin ich an diesem Tag nicht abgestürzt. Mein Gehirn- und Leberstoffwechsel schrie nach Zucker - weil er dies über den Umweg Alkohol immer bekommen hat. Diese zuckerreiche Ernährung muss ich jetzt eine Woche beibehalten, damit sich der Körper unter Einfluss von Bac metabolisch umstellen kann. Außerdem soll ich viel Studentenfutter für die Nerven essen und leichte Spaziergänge unternehmen, wobei pralle Sonne nicht gut ist.
Ich möchte mich bei allen Freunden hier im Forum sehr herzlich bedanken. Wenn Ängste hochkommen oder ich verzweifelt bin, bin ich im Forum unterwegs. Das Gefühl nicht alleine zu sein und dass wie alle in der gleichen Schlacht sind tut einfach gut. Seit der Zuckerdiät 0 Graving. Wir werden siegen!!!! Eva

Danke, dass Du Dich uns anvertraust und Danke auch für Deine ausführliche Vorstellung. Du schreibst, dass Du Angst davor habest, „selbst Zuhause“ zu entgiften. Brauchst Du denn eine klassische stationäre Entgiftung, d.h. hast Du schwere Entzugserscheinungen, wenn Du den Alkohol abrupt absetzt? Es gibt mit Hilfe dessen man die Schwere seiner Entzugserscheinungen in Etwa abschätzen kann. Baclofen hilft in leichten Fällen, solche Entzugserscheinungen zu verringern.

Oft geht auch eine Baclofen-Therapie nicht mit einem abrupten Absetzen von Alkohol einher. Die Medikamentendosis wird langsam gesteigert und gleichzeitig der Alkoholkonsum nach und nach heruntergefahren. Hast Du bereits einen Arzt, der dich begleitet? Und sonst weißt Du ja,

Bei dem Zitat (etwas abgeändert) muß ich immer wieder weinen: "Als ich sah, war ich froh. Aber was ich sah, machte mich unglücklich und verzweifelt." Nun mache ich mich auf den Weg, um sehen zu können, wer ich wirklich bin. Also meine Seele zu spüren und ihre Bedürfnisse zu erkennen. Morgen fahre ich zu meiner Baclofen Ärztin und ich war heute schon bei einer Gesprächstherapie. Viele schämen sich die Suchterkrankung nach außen zu tragen, obwohl sie in den meisten Fällen entweder bekannt oder zumindest erahnt wird. Wenn wir unser wahres Selbst finden und uns dazu Hilfe holen, haben wir die Bewunderung von Allen. In diesem Forum finden wir Trost und Verständnis. Ich danke Allen dafür.
