Es erstaunt mich ein wenig, dass Dich Dein Arzt in Fragen der Dosierung so ganz alleine im Regen stehen lässt. Lies Dir doch mal durch, dort steht auch alles über die notwenige Dosierung und über die Geschwindigkeit der Dosiserhöhung. Den Leitfaden gibt es dort auch als PDF-Datei, die Du ausdrucken und Deinem Arzt vorlegen kannst. Mit 40 mg / Tag ist das Ende der Fahnenstange jedenfalls noch längst nicht erreicht.

die besten Ergebnisse erzielst Du, wenn Du den Alkohol so weit wie möglich runterfährst. Dann fängt Baclofen erst an seine eigene Wirkung zu entfalten.
Reduziere da den Alkohol und dosiere Baclofen langsam auf. Mit zwei Flaschen Wein plus Bier hat Baclofen kaum Ausssicht, etwas auszurichten. Mit der Dosis Alk wirkt es eher destabilisierend.
Möchtest Du denn etwas am Trinken ändern oder aufhören?
Dann kann es Dich gut unterstützen - so ganz für sich allein bewirkt es leider gar nichts,

ich bin 35 Jahre alt und trinke seit 17 Jahren regelmäßig.
Vor dem Alkohol habe ich sehr viel starke Doren kondumirt (ca. 3-4 Jahre).
Aktuell bin ich betrunken > 2 Flaschen Wein und 3 Bier je 0,5 Liter.

Bin in Behandlung und bekomme Efectin sowie Trittico und auch Baclofen.

Jetzt geht es mir nicht sonderlich gut - das passiert aber eh immer wider.
Meine frage wäre: wann wirkt Baclofen - wie muss ich es dosieren? Habe es
nun seit 1 Woche ausreichend vorrätig (dank Frau Prof. xyz) habe aber
keine Ahnung wie ich es dosieren soll ... bin jetzt nach 5 Tagen auf 20 mg.

Zu schnell - oder zu langsam? i dont know! Nebenwirkungen bis Dato keine
die ich auf baclofen zurück führen könnte.
