Eine medikamentöse Behandlung gegen "Sucht" ist nun mal neu für viele, daher der manchmal unverantwortliche Umgang mit dem Medikament.
Wo die Grenze zwischen "Heilmittel" und "Ersatzdroge" liegt ist ja zb auch bei einer Substitution ein Thema, das oft diskutiert wird.
So nun aber meine erste Erfahrung, habe mich an eine Tablette (5 mg) gestern Abend herangewagt.
Wirkung war: Entspannung, Angstlösung, Müdigkeit, etwas Muskelschwäche.
Vor allem gegen meine Angst scheint es sehr gut zu wirken, sonst habe ich sogar Angst E-Mails zu lesen, Telefonate zu führen und grüble ständig über meine Fehler. Das wurde alles abgeschwächt.
Dabei aber auch völlige geistige Klarheit. Getrunken habe ich nicht und gut geschlafen (sehr realistische Träume?)
Ich setze mir als Starttermin aber erst nächste Woche, ich muss mich seelisch noch vom Bier lösen und ich möchte aufhören, bevor ich mit dem Bacschema anfange.
Auch zeitlich passt es jetzt gut, ich fange ein Medizinstudium im Oktober an, also eine gute Zeit für einen Neuanfang [smile]
