Avataren]]>
Wem das Zurechtschnippseln (max. 100px mal 100px) und das Hochladen von eigenen Avataren bisher zu schwierig war, für den haben wir jetzt eine fixfertige Galerie mit ca. 1‘800 (!) Avataren, aus denen man auswählen kann. Die Avatare sind in diverse Kategorien eingeordnet. In in der Dropdown-Box (Typ des Avatars) einfach „Avatar aus Galerie“ auswählen, dann die passende Kategorie nehmen und dann sind die Avatare mit Mausklick auswählbar.

Die Möglichkeit, Remote-Avatare (Avatar-Sammlungen auf fremden Servern) zu benutzen, habe ich wieder deaktiviert. Noch hat zwar niemand davon Gebrauch gemacht, aber wenn das überhand nehmen würde, dann hätte das je nach Verfügbarkeit der Remote-Server, auf die wir natürlich keinen Einfluss haben, negative Auswirkungen auf die Ladezeit unserer Seiten. Ich denke aber, dass in unserer Sammlung (Galerie) für Jeden etwas dabei sein wird.
