Ich versuche mal, so gut es geht, zu antworten ...

Ich trinke aktuell 1 Flasche Wein + 1-2 Gläser (je nachdem), ich bin schon runter, hab mal mehr getrunken.

Ich habe eine Ärztin (Neurologin), die mich wegen anderer Erkrankungen behandelt aber von meinem Suchtproblem weiß. Sie hat mir für abends Doxepin verschrieben und weiß, dass ich das Baclofen hier habe.
Der Suchtmediziner, der Guru unter den Suchtmedizinern hier in der Stadt, ist leider verstorben.

Meine Psychologin, bei der ich privat in Behandlung bin, arbeitet als Suchttherapeutin in einer Beratungsstelle.
Ihr habe ich im letzten Gespräch vom Baclofen erzählt und sie meinte, dass in den Kliniken mit Adepend behandelt wird und nicht mit Baclofen.

Baclofen habe ich da ebenso Doxepin. Adepend müsste ich mir verschreiben lassen, das macht mein Hausarzt nicht und bei meiner Ärztin habe ich im November erst wieder einen Termin.

Ich möchte versuchen, ambulant weiter vom Alkohol zu kommen (Hilfe durch SHG und Therapeutin ist da).

Natürlich bin ich in Sorge, wenn ich weiter runter fahre und mit mir was geschieht, weil ich den Entzug unterschätze.
Daher war die Frage, ob Baclofen dabei hilfreich(er) ist oder ob Adepend doch das Mittel der ersten Wahl ist oder???

Ich hoffe, ich konnte mich verständlich ausdrücken und die Fragen beantworten?!
