dass ein erster Versuch mit Baclofen scheitert kommt gar nicht mal so selten vor.
(ich gehe jetzt mal davon aus dass das Scheitern NICHT auf einer Unverträglichkeit gegenüber Baclofen beruht)
Ich hatte auch 2 Anläufe. Der erste endete nach wenigen Wochen in einer stationären Entgiftung.
Wichtig ist (egal ob 1., 2., oder 3. Versuch) dass viel Zeit verfügbar ist.
Also nicht "so schnell wie möglich" zurück in den Job. (das war einer meiner Fehler beim ersten Versuch)
Auf gefühlte Veränderungen (egal ob positiv oder negativ) nicht zu heftig reagieren - Dosis beibehalten und warten wie es sich entwickelt. Kein "rauf und runter"!
Bei anhaltenden Schwierigkeiten (zB Schlafstörungen) zeitnah zum verschreibenden Arzt.
Wie motivieren? (für einen weiteren Versuch)
Was war denn die Motivation für den ersten Versuch?
Ist die jetzt weg? Hat sich "die Sache" erledigt? Ist ein zweiter Versuch nicht erforderlich?
Die Motivation ist doch immer noch dieselbe, und es ist wie bei vielen anderen Dingen im Leben.
Wenn man weiß dass es funktionieren kann, ein erster eigener Versuch aber schief geht - dann versucht man es
eben wieder.
Meist hatte "man" es nur "zu eilig", oder hat diverse Warnungen nicht beachtet etc...
Das kann "man" beim zweiten Versuch "besser" machen.
Der Gedanke (bei vielen) "jetzt fange ich wieder bei Null an" ist nicht richtig.
Beim zweiten Versuch "kennt" der Organismus Baclofen bereits und "kommt besser damit klar"!
Also kein völliger Neubeginn der Reise, sondern ein "Weitergehen" nach einem "Sturz".
Alternativ noch eine andere Form der Motivation zum zweiten Versuch:
Den zweiten Versuch mit Baclofen sollte "man" nur dann nicht unternehmen wenn "man" eine bessere Idee hat.
