nach 3 Monaten ein Update von mir.
Es geht mir, was Alkohol angeht, weiter sehr gut. Nur sehr gelegentlich triggert mich Balkon, Grill und Sonnenschein....aber das ist kaum der Rede wert. Ich bin auch ansonsten selten schlecht drauf und für meine Verhältnisse einigermaßen aktiv. [dance]

Einzig die Müdigkeit und auch zunehmende "Tüddeligkeit" macht mir Sorgen.
Ich habe deshalb vor knapp 3 Wochen die Dosis etwas reduziert auf 3x 12,5 mg.
Das hatte weder Auswirkungen auf Saufdruck aber leider auch nicht auf mein beschriebenes Problem.
Ich schlafe weiter meist "komatös" innerhalb von 2 Minuten ein, wenn ich mich hinlege und schlafe Nachts meist 5-7 Stunden wie ein Stein und zwischendurch nochmals 1-3 Stunden.

Vor 10 Jahren, bei meinem ersten Versuch mit Baclofen war es ähnlich, allerdings bei einer Tagesdosis von 50-100 mg. Unter anderem durch Dosisreduzierung (in Verbindung mit dem zu frühen Versuch wieder kontrolliert trinken zu können) kam es damals zu wiederholten Abstürzen und letztendlich zum Abbruch mit dem Experiment "Baclofen". Es hatte seine Wirkung damals bei mir verloren.

Nun ist es inzwischen so, dass ich an COPD erkrankt bin. Sicher gibt es etliche Leidensgenossen/Innen in unserem Forum mit ähnlichem Zustand. Zu meiner COPD: Gold 2 mit 66% FeV1 und einer leichtgradigen schlafbezogenen Atemstörung (ohne bewusste nächtl. Atemnot). Aus aktuellem Anlass habe ich öfter die O²-Sättigung geprüft. Die liegt bei 92-95%, also noch einigermassen im Rahmen.

Baclofen wirkt nun unter Umständen auch Atemdepressiv. Ob die Wechselwirkung von Bac und COPD ursächlich ist für meine Müdigkeit? Und wenn....was kann ich machen? [unknown]
