Erst mal Gratulation zu Deinem bisherigen Erfolg mit Baclofen, Danke für Deinen Bericht [good] .

Wenn bei Dir Baclofen mit 75 – 100 mg / Tag damals die erwünschte Wirkung erzielt hatte, dann würde ich bei Deinem Neustart erst mal diese Dosis auch wieder anstreben. Du weißt ja, wie es geht, langsames hochdosieren Bisherige Erfahrungen legen dabei nahe, dass man beim zweiten (oder dritten oder x-ten) Versuch die Dosis schneller steigern kann, als beim ersten Mal. Aber das musst Du für Dich selbst ausprobieren. Also: „Never Change A Winnig Team“, und deshalb die ursprünglich für Dich wirksamen 75 – 100 mg / Tag wieder ins Auge fassen. Etwas reduzieren kannst Du dann später immer noch.

P.S. Wenn Du einen Arzt suchst, der Baclofen verschreibt, weißt Du ja, Gegenüber einer Medikation auf „eigene Faust“ hat das eben schon Vorteile …

Ich habe ein Frage zur Dosierung. Ich war nach einer Selbstbehandlung mit Baclofen (ohne Arzt) ca. 1 Jahr anstinent, wobei ich davon gut ein halbes Jahr kein Baclofen genommen habe. Max. Dosierung war 75-100mg pro Tag. Dabei hatte ich null Craving.

Leider habe ich mich durch ein paar Ausnahmen verlocken lassen und nun trinke ich wieder regelmäßig. (Trinkmenge ca. 6 halbe Bier, nichts hartes, aber trotzdem zu viel.

Während meiner Abstinenz ging es mir einfach besser, ich hatte viel mehr Energie. Daher möchte ich das wieder.

Kann mir jemand Tips geben bzgl. meiner Wiedereinstiegsdosierung? Ich dachte an ca. 30mg und dann mal schauen ob Nebenwirkungen auftreten.
