Ich mußte doch glatt mal nachrechnen, dann nachschauen und feststellen , das heute Tag 40 ohne Alkohol enden wird.
Bac zwischen 75 und 100 mg/d

Eben habe ich noch gelesen , das ohne Alkohol das WE länger erscheint.
Ja , das stimmt.
Woher das kommt ?
Nun , ich schätze ,ab Trinkbeginn (bei mir ab 16 Uhr) verschwimmt die Zeit und wird zu einer Masse.
Der Blick auf die Uhr war nur da um abzuschätzen , wieviel ich schon getrunken habe und ob noch was geht .
Oder es jetzt doch schon 21 Uhr ist ,ich morgens um 5 raus muss , und ich noch nicht genug intus habe und nachlegen muss.
Alkoholvernebeltes fremdbestimmtes Denken halt.

Freiheit bedeutet, garnicht über das erste Bier und den Trinkanfang nachzudenken , weil es nicht getrunken wird.
Heute wird wieder ein wunderschöner nüchterner Samstag Abend .
Und morgen fange ich gedanklich da an ,wo ich gestern aufgehört habe .
