Da hilft nur Geduld, d.h. langsames Aufdosieren, und wenn die Nebenwirkungen (hier: Müdigkeit) nicht mehr tolerierbar sind, erstmals auf der aktuellen Dosis verharren oder sogar leicht reduzieren. Erst nach Abklingen der Nebenwirkung die Baclofen-Dosis wieder steigern.

Darauf, dass sich die Nebenwirkungen von Opipramol und Baclofen, insbesondere Müdigkeit, unter Umständen gegenseitig verstärken könnten, hat @DoctoBAC

Ich fühle mich tagsüber sehr müde und leicht depressiv. Vom Hausarzt habe ich Opipramol abends.
Die Müdigkeit empfinde ich störend. Gibt es Tipps, was man dagegen tun kann?
Ich will am Woende die Dosis erhöhen auf 12,5-12,5-19mg.

Also ist doch der G-BA , Innovationsausschuss zuständig. Gibt es da eine Stellungnahme?

Bezüglich einer möglichen Zulassung oder Anwendungserweiterung von Baclofen für die Behandlung von Alkoholabhängigkeit gibt es meines Wissens noch nichts Neues. Was das betrifft, solltest Du wohl besser in Jahren und nicht in Wochen denken, denn Du hattest ja Anfang September gestellt.

Und wie Du an einen Arzt aus unserer Ärzteliste kommst, hatte ich Dir Anfang August schon mal geschrieben. Aber ich mach's gerne nochmal :wink: :

Da wir unsere aus naheliegenden Gründen nicht öffentlich rausgeben, möchte ich Dich bitten, @DonQuixote (er verwaltet unsere Arztadressen) kurz mit einer anzuschreiben und ihm Deinen Wohnort samt Postleitzahl mitzuteilen. Er wird sich dann voraussichtlich gegen Abend bei Dir mit allen Infos melden.
