klingt ja wirklich schlimm. Dein Mitleid mit dem armen Mann kann ich nachvollziehen und deine jetzige Wut auch. Ich muss aber Chinaski Recht geben, denn die Pflegerin kann nichts dafür. Hat auch sicherlich kaum Zeit mehr auf den Mann einzugehen. Wie schlimm ist es denn wirklich und bist du nicht auf die Idee gekommen, mal mit deinem Vermieter zu sprechen?

ich würde an deiner Stelle mal beim KSD (Kommunaler Sozialdienst) oder der Altenhilfe der Stadt anrufen und das Problem schildern. Vielleicht kümmert sich dann ja mal jemand ?! Der alte Mann würde vielleicht besser bzw. überhaupt betreut und Du könntest wieder ruhiger schlafen.
Einen Versuch wäre es wert, denke ich.

was soll die Altenpflegerin deiner Meinung nach machen?
Dieser Berufsgruppe kann man nun wirklich keinen Vorwurf machen.
Das kleinste Licht im Pflegedunkel!!!

Dein Nachbar hat einen Pflegegrad und dementsprechend einen Bedarf der bezahlt wird.
Der Bedarf deines Nachbarn wird im Moment nur die gabe der Medikamente beinhalten.
Mehr Leistung wird im Moment nicht bezahlt.
Das isr zwar bitter und nicht in Ordnung aber das ist Deutschland...du darfst nicht alt und krank werden.

Wenn dein Nachbar noch öfters Spektakel macht und die Polizei kommen muss dann wird er in die Psychatrie eingewiesen und bekommt dann auch irgendwann eine Beitreuung.
