Ich muß ihn mir erst anschauen. In Österreich gibt es keine eindeutige Regelung wie die Off-Label Verordung in Deutschland. Unsere Ärztekammer verfolgt außerdem eine sehr restriktive Politik. Wir haben bis heute keine Möglichkeit zu einem/er HeilpraktikerIn zu gehen. Der Kuchen soll mit niemanden geteilt werden. So wollte sich die Ärzteschaft vor einige Zeit sogar die Verschreibung der Schüssler-Salze unter den Nagel reißen. Gottseidank ist der komplimentär-medizinische Bereich lobbymäßig inzwischen so stark, dass dies verhindert werden konnte. Jeder Arzt darf homoöpathische Mittel ohne zusätzliche Ausbildung verschreiben. Ähnliches gilt im Bereich der Akupunktur: Eine kleine Zusatzausbildund und holadrio, schon kann es losgehen. In China brauchen Akupunktur-Ärzte eine dreijährige Ausbildung, weil es eben wichtig ist, dass man den zu akupunktierenden Punkt auch wirklich trifft. Das gleiche Dilemma haben wir im Bereich der Tranquilizer. In der Kinik habe ich erlebt, wie hart ein "Demester-Entzug" sein kann und gleichzeitig wird das Medikament zum Beispiel bei Panikattacken gern verschrieben. Wenn sich die Patienten vertrauensselig auf die Ärzteschaft verlassen, gehen Sie dann zum Hausarzt und bekommen das Medikament weiter verschrieben. Oft genügt es, sich nur an die Arzthelferin zu wenden. Nach herrschender Meinung ist eine Tablettenabhängigkeit noch schwerer zu therapieren als eine Alkoholabhängigkeit. Wenn ich böse sein wollte, müßte ich sagen, dass dieses System dafür sorgt, dass die Kundschaft, äh ... ich meine die Patienten nie ausgehen. Professor Haller hat also gar keine Chance, Baclofen zu verschreiben. Es ist ihm hoch anzurechnen, dass er wenigstens den link anbietet und so hoffentlich viele Betroffene auf die richtige Spur bringt.
