ich bin mir absolut nicht sicher, ob ich physischen Suchtdruck oder psychischen habe. Ich kann das schwer bzw. garnicht beurteilen.
Fakt ist, keine Änderung durch Baclofen, geringe Erfolge durch die letzten drei Termine beim Hypnose-Therapheuten. Ich fühle mich besser und mein Konsum sinkt, nicht zuletzt, weil ich beruflich auch ein geiles Projekt am Start habe. Das beflügelt und gibt Kraft. Aktuell bei 3L Bier/Tag (runter von 5-6L). Vielleicht deutet das ja eher auf den Psychoeinfluss hin, als auf den körperlichen. Vielleicht aber auch beides.
Ich warte jetzt erstmal ab, wie sich alles entwickelt und halte die aktuelle Dosis. Bin gut drauf und habe wieder Geduld (mit mir).

Momentane Dosierung:
7:00 = 12.5mg
11:00 = 12.5mg
15:00 = 10.0mg
19:00 = 12.5mg
